1. Service Description

   FlixSage is a mobile application that uses generative AI, image analysis, and related third-party services to provide informational and entertainment-focused insights about movies and TV shows. The Service may help identify titles, summarize content, display cast and production information, show ratings, surface trailers, and save generated results.

   The Service does not provide professional advice or guaranteed recommendations.

2. User Eligibility

   FlixSage is intended for general audiences. If you are under the age required by your country or region to consent to digital services, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or guardian.

   By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use it under the laws that apply to you.

3. User Content and Conduct

   You are responsible for any images, text, prompts, or other content you upload, submit, or share through the Service ("User Content").

   You agree not to upload, submit, or use the Service to process content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. AI-Generated Content

   FlixSage uses AI and external data sources to generate insights and related information. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.

   We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content, ratings, trailers, metadata, or third-party information shown in the App.

   You are responsible for how you use or rely on content generated or displayed by the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads

   FlixSage may offer free and paid features, including subscription plans, generation limits, rewarded ads, or other in-app purchase options.

   Subscriptions and purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment providers. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable platform or provider terms.

   Rewarded ads may allow temporary access, quota resets, or other App benefits. Rewarded ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by device, region, network availability, or third-party ad provider.

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

   The App, including its software, design, graphics, logos, branding, and related materials, is owned by FlixSage or its licensors.

8. Third-Party Services

   The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, APIs, websites, data providers, AI providers, ad networks, analytics tools, subscription platforms, and app stores.

   We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

   We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
